Role:
Support CEO in various day-to-day tasks. Collaborate closely on various projects with three other team members (one in Albany, two remotely). The ideal candidate also will be able to take on at least one of the four following roles: Event production and travel logistics, RFP response development, a book research project, or quantitative analysis support.

- Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive matters that require immense professional discretion
- Track record of skill development and knowledge acquisition
- Knows what they know, what they need to learn, how to seek help
- Technology savvy
- High comfort with working directly for others, remotely, as well as independently
- Ridiculously strong organizational skills (for self and those around you)
- High comfort with working in fluid environments and navigating the unknown
- Strong instinct for identifying issues proactively and seeing around corners
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to keep the trains running on time, dependably, on a part-time schedule
